Warranty Policy

General Warranty

NAMI HOME FURNISHING proudly provides you, the original retail purchaser or the gift recipient, with the limited warranties on your NAMI HOME FURNISHING product described herein. These warranties apply to products purchased from an authorised NAMI HOME FURNISHING retailer or NAMI HOME FURNISHING Apps or website, and apply only under conditions of normal, indoor, residential use unless the item is specifically designated as suitable for outdoor use subject to certain limitations and exclusions.

NAMI HOME FURNISHING decision shall be final with respect to nature of defect and applicability of Warranty.

You are required to satisfy yourself regarding the suitability of the Product before making any purchase. NAMI HOME FURNISHING does not make any representation or warranty as to the suitability of the Product for any particular use.

NAMI HOME FURNISHING reserves the right to be the sole judge as to whether the Product is a damaged Product and its decision in this regard shall be final. NAMI HOME FURNISHING further reserves the right to charge the claimant for any reasonable and applicable costs and expenses (at prevailing rates) relating to or arising out of the repair or replacement of the Product.

The sole remedy provided by NAMI HOME FURNISHING under this warranty will be to repair or replace product or any part thereof. NAMI HOME FURNISHING reserves the right to decide the appropriate remedy at its sole discretion. If we decide to replace a product we no longer sell, we will replace it with a comparable product of equal or lesser value which is of like kind, age, and quality.

 

NAMI HOME FURNISHING warranties do not cover products sold “as is,” purchased from a source other than an authorised NAMI HOME FURNISHING retailer, used in a commercial or non-residential setting, or shipped outside the delivery address by you or a freight forwarder. This warranty is non-transferable. Any product modification by retailer or consumer, or use of non-NAMI HOME FURNISHING parts, voids this warranty.

If you live outside of our delivery service area, then you may be responsible for paying additional service fees. The warranty service is only available for your delivery address.

Please find below inclusions & exclusions under warranty :

NAMI HOME FURNISHING warranty includes,

Repair or replacement of the item during the warranty period. This is subject to review, verification, and confirmation of the manufacturing defect by the NAMI HOME FURNISHING Resolution Team.

Repair or replacement of the item (only) at the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

Repair or replacement of the item (only) in case of no alteration or modification to the originally purchased product.

Note: If the product is not repairable or replaceable, NAMI HOME FURNISHING Customer Care Team will help you with the best solution.

NAMI HOME FURNISHING warranty excludes-

Damage,  Discoloration to the product due to the following:

Usage of the product beyond its intended use

Improper installation or assembly by an unauthorised third party platform or seller (not associated with NAMI HOME FURNISHING)

Improper use, care and irregular maintenance of the product

Inappropriate storage, water or moisture damage, discolouration due to direct exposure to sunlight, etc.

  1. Our products are not warrantied against normal wear and tear

3.Our warranty does not cover products used in commercial, non-residential settings.

4.Breakages in glass or mirror surfaces, torn stitches, or marks on the product, after acknowledgment of the product at the time of delivery.

5.Small air bubbles, surface waviness, and lightly pitted areas may occur naturally as part of the glass manufacturing process and are not considered quality defects.

  1. Warranty does not cover stains or changes in color/texture. Natural variations in both color and veining are to be expected for Marble or stone products.

7.Because many of our products are handcrafted and made with natural materials, variations in size, shape, and color can be expected.

8.Warranty for Fabric does not cover wrinkling, fading, pilling, stains, dye transfer from other fabrics or objects, or damage caused by pets

  1. Damage, discoloration, stain , crack & chip off during usage excluded from warranty for all stone products.

Product specific warranty:

Solid Wood –

New Products – All the new Products sold on the Platform are provided with a warranty period of 24 (Twenty-Four) months only.

However, please note that any of the Products made of Fabrics, foams, filling materials, leatherettes and leather will not be covered by the above warranty.

Warranty does not cover expansion, contraction, or effects of extreme high/low humidity. Wood furniture will have one or more of the following characteristics, which are not considered quality defects: variations in grain and color, knots, mineral streaks, and/or pitch pockets. Warranty does not cover darkening of wood or finish, which occurs naturally over time.

NOTE:

There can be a minimal variation in colour and finish of the Products sold by the Company.

For New Products, there can be a minimal variation in overall product dimensions of upto 25 millimetre.

Upholstered products –

New Products – All the new Sofas sold on the Platform are provided with a warranty period of 24 (Twenty-Four) months only against manufacturing defects (including breakage of under structure, legs etc.)

New Products – Recliners mechanism & motor will be covered for a 12 months service & repair warranty.

Upholstery materials such as Fabrics, foams, Filling materials, leatherettes and leathers, if used, will not be covered by the above warranty. Warranty does not cover color fading / discoloration/damage due to pet .

NOTE:

There can be a minimal variation in color and finish of the Products sold by the Company.

For New Products, there can be a minimal variation in overall product dimensions of up to 25 millimetres.

Engineered Wood –

New Products – All the new Products sold on the Platform are provided with a warranty period of 12 (Twelve) months only against manufacturing defects.

However, please note that any of the Products made of Fabrics, foams, Filling materials leatherettes and leather will not be covered by the above warranty. Handling usage-related damage, and breakage are not covered under warranty.

NOTE:

There can be a minimal variation in colour and finish of the Products sold by the Company.

For New Products, there can be a minimal variation in overall product dimensions of upto 15 millimetre.

Metallic Products –

New Products – All the new Products sold on the Platform are provided with a warranty period of 24 (Twenty-Four) months only against manufacturing defects for metal parts such as breakage of parts and hardware components.

However, please note that any of the Products made of Fabrics, foams, Filling materials, leatherettes and leather will not be covered by the above warranty.

Surface coating related issues are not covered under warranty

NOTE:

There can be a minimal variation in colour and finish of the Products sold by the Company.

For New Products, there can be a minimal variation in overall product dimensions of up to 25 millimetre.

Glass & stones products are not covered under warranty.
